Description

This tour starts with a scenic drive along Tobago’s Windward coast to Speyside, a small village of about 1,000 people surrounded by the mountains of Tobago’s Main Ridge. Speyside features some of the island’s least disturbed coral reefs compared to Buccoo Reef in the southwest.

Board a glass bottom boat to Little Tobago, located a short distance offshore. The island hosts dry forest and is a key seabird breeding site, including red-billed tropicbirds. You may also spot reptiles such as green iguanas, geckos, hermit crabs, and occasionally a harmless snake.

The boat tour continues to Angel Reef near Goat Island for snorkelling, conditions permitting. This shallow sea area offers vibrant coral formations and diverse tropical fish species, including French and Queen Angelfish.

Lunch is served at a local restaurant near the sea in Speyside. Optionally, visitors can add a visit to Argyle Waterfall in Roxborough after lunch for an easy hike, available at extra cost.
