Sangha Yoga offers a variety of classes including moksha yoga and variations of the Moksha Yoga Series. There are classes to cater for all abilities.
Moksha yoga is a collection of positions and postures practised in a hot room which work to strengthen, stretch and tone the muscles, detoxify the body and calm the mind.
The benefits of moksha yoga include helping with discipline and focus, relieving stress, weight loss, strengthening the immune system, improvement to cardiovascular abilities and increased energy levels. Moksha Yoga is known to help people who suffer from stress, headaches, back and knee pain, depression, insomnia, arthritis, scoliosis, poor digestion and poor posture.
Other types of yoga classes available are Lagniappe Sangha, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Yoga. Training is also offered for those who want to become yoga teachers, full details are available here.
Thai yoga massages are also offered and yoga products are available for purchase.
The instructors are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The studio is kept clean and healthy with environmentally friendly cleaning products.
