The culinary theme of Shutters on the Bay is a fusion of international dishes and contemporary Caribbean cuisine.
Breakfast is served buffet-style, however guests can also enjoy breakfast in the privacy of their room on their private balcony. Fish are in plenty supply in the waters around the island so don't be afraid to try some of the more exotic dishes, such as callaloo soup, or some of the local ground provisions, such as dasheen, cassava or plantain coupled with a side order of the catch of the day.
