Bliss Yoga is an honorary member of the International Yoga Federation and teaches hatha yoga. Bliss Yoga is focused on healing the mind and body as well as reconnecting to the spirit by blending physical postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation.
No class is quite the same and the focus of classes ranges from slow, introspective deep healing classes to invigorating hatha yoga or power-yoga type classes. The emphasis on all classes is to encourage self-transformation, self-realisation and its importance in day to day life.
Classes enable students to tap into their peaceful, strong, creative and loving resources. The benefits of yoga include stretching and toning the muscles, increased spinal flexibility, a rejuvenated nervous system, improved circulation and digestion, lowered blood pressure, stress and tension relief, improved sleep and reduced anxiety/nervousness.
Bliss Yoga is also dedicated to promoting happiness, health and well being for the communities who may be in need and regularly organises fundraisers for deserving causes.
