One Yoga Trinidad & Tobago
One Yoga is a school that began in Saskatoon, Canada. Troy Hadeed, who ended up founding the Trinidad and Tobago branch, was trained by the original One Yoga founder Ryan Leier - a student of the Krishamacharya yoga lineage. Ryan believes that anyone can experience the oneness of yoga, regardless of age, race, gender or religion. And that's where One Yoga comes in.
Operating from a studio on the outskirts of Port of Spain, One Yoga run classes almost everyday; working on techniques such as hatha, vinyasa flow and ashtanga. There are also meditation classes for deep relaxation, and a flexible programme sees activities around 6am, 12pm and 6pm - so there is a time for everyone! Experience love and deep connection at One Yoga; the talented and passionate teachers here will ensure a revelatory experience on the island of Trinidad.
A single class costs TT$65. If however you are thinking of attending several classes, it is a good idea to save money by getting a pass. Attend four classes for TT$240 (pass must be used in 90 days); eight classes for TT$450 (pass must be used in 90 days); and 10 classes for TT$500 (pass must be used in 90 days). If you would like to attend several classes a week, look at getting a monthly unlimited pass, which is TT$680.
