For 10 years now, chef Moses Ruben has wowed diners from around the island with his first class, fine dining restaurant Mélange. As Trinidad's first local fine dining proprietor, Moses quickly turned Mélange into a house holdname, a place perfect for the celebration of very special occasions.
Moses makes you feel extremely comfortable; the restaurant is like his own home. Upon request you can even have your very own room making your dining experience totally unique. The modern restaurant is beautifully decorated; its chic, homely feel creates a sense of comfort as soon as you walk in and the friendly staff only adds to the atmosphere.
Moses has put all his experience and talent into creating a diverse and eclectic menu. A great choice of international dishes are available, full of rich flavours and immaculate presentation. A brilliant and full wine list acts as the perfect match to wash down a delicious meal.
